After doing my own internet searches on the issue because I would like to know for my own Logitech keyboards, this is what I found-
Make sure you are using Logitech SetPoint.
Follow these steps.
Open Spotify - Navigate to another screen or app - Press the Play media key to start playback. Expected result: Spotify should resume playing the last track it was on. Actual result: iTunes starts. Note: if I manually start playback on Spotify (by clicking Play or selecting another song), then the media keys will work when other apps have the focus.
1. Close Logitech SetPoint by right clicking the icon on system tray.
2. Open notepad with administrator (right click and run as administrator).
3. When in notepad, open the file 'C:Program FilesLogitechSetPointPplayers.ini' (Your folder might be named SetPoint instead of SetpointP on older or upgraded versions).( If you dont see this file you must select 'All Files' in the dropdown that says 'Text Documents').
The reason it works with alt key is probably that another application has priority to the multimedia keys. For me it was an app in chrome, namely Google play music. I disabled that app and now the keys work great in spotify. It might be some other application that is in the way for you. Don’t forget, too, that if you have a keyboard that includes media keys on it, Spotify’s been designed to work with those keys. When quitting Spotify in Windows, you can’t just click the X at the top-right of the window like you usually do when quitting many other programs. Apple has solved this problem internally by having their media key using applications cooperate and resign media key controls to the application that was in the foreground most recently. However, there is no way for third party applications to join this cooperation. Spotify 0.4.9.295 for Mac introduces a workaround using CGEventTap. 5. Save the file. (If this fails or Save As dialog pops up, this is probably because you didn't run notepad as an admin. Since this is inside the Program Files directory, you need to be an admin to edit.)
6. Kill any processes belonging to other media players (especially wmp)
7. Launch SetPoint again ('Mouse and Keyboard Settings' in the start menu or restart the system) and verify that the media keys now work better.
Just a note : The keys are able to control Google Music through an addon after you close SetPoint. It will not work while SetPoint is open. This breaks all the other SetPoint keys while it is closed (zoom, window stack, calculator, etc.)
Another alternative is-
1. Open start menu.
2. Type 'Device Manager'.
3. Open 'Keyboards' from the list - you should see a Logitech Keyboard there.
4. Double click this item (or right click -> properties)
5. Click 'Roll Back Driver'.
This essentially resets it back to the original Windows Driver. This will break your other function keys.(Your mouse buttons will still integrate with SetPoint, just in case you use other functions on your mouse.

Car view
When you connect your phone to your car’s Bluetooth, car view automatically turns on.

To disable Car view:
- Tap Home .
- Tap Settings .
- Under Car, switch Carview off.
You may be able to use an AUX or USB cable to directly connect your mobile or tablet to your car.
